Is this you singing?

I keep coming back here daily to listen and read everything. Does anyone else leave comments? I can’t see any, but sometimes my browsers play up and wont show things that are supposed to be there.

If this is you singing (since you said you recorded it) I love your voice. Please record more songs soon!

The existence of the 27 Club angers me because it’s intellectually flawed in that it ignores all the musicians that died at other ages. I don’t have the patience to prove this, but I bet you could create a 28 Club just as easily.

POSTSCRIPT: a reader (wow, I have readers?!) got in touch to complain that the above categorized history degrees as being narrow, “useless”, and only concerned with “the past”. This is certainly not what I meant. Far from bragging about how eclectic my degree is compared with other subjects, I was trying to make the point that the work I’ve been doing is all about form – the content is almost irrelevant. In other words, I’m not writing to learn; I’m, er, learning to write. Given the confusion, I apparently have a lot left to learn.

Already working on it. I’ve just pulled out a short story and a poem I I put together about two, nearly three years back and I’ve edited them and they’re all finished, now. I look forward to reading some more of your poetry and hearing some more music in the future. I picked up my guitar before I went to bed last night and played for the first time in a while. I’d forgotten how much my fingers would hurt.
